returning to collecting

Hey all, New member from Perth, I have just started to collect sports cards after i stopped sometime in the 90s with the nba.
A bit has changed since then and was wondering where the best places to buy cards mainly nba and afl as i only know of als here in perth.
Also where is the best place to get price guides for cards?

I guess i was a bulls and eagles fan back in the day and still am so will be collecting mainly those teams but would like to get a rose collection and maybe try start up a jordan collection if its not too late haha.
