Can't wait until next season :-(
I reckon next season could be a good season. The new marquee player rules and hopefully getting rid of the points cap could mean we see some good Aussies come home and hopefully more imports like James Ennis, Rotnei Clarke and Sam Young.

If you haven't seen it yet, the NBL is also setting up a Summer League in the US in which anyone interested in playing in the NBL next season can play, so hopefully that sees an end to dud imports and it hopefully shows some good imports that the NBL can be a good place to play.

Thought it was time to repost these suggested rule changes that I proposed last year just for the Wildcats & Breakers

Looks like the Breakers paid some sort of attention cause they never made the finals, now it's your turn Perth to experience some disappointment.:p

the following rule changes to apply to Perth only (sorry Perth fans)
1 There roster must consist of only 5 players
2 No player can be taller than Nate Robinson
3 Perth can not call time outs
4 When the opposition calls a time out Perth players must do sprints up and down the court
5 There feet can not leave the ground at any time
6 The game goes back to 12 Minute Quarters but Perth players can only be on the court for 10 minutes a quarter
7 All players must have been born within a 25km radius of their home stadium
8 They are not allowed to use air transport to get to games

Game day!

Will the Wildcats lift the trophy tonight, or will the 36ers send the series back to Perth for a decider?

Disappointed in the level of reffing so far in the finals. Some shocking calls in both games so far.

Joey Wright will be happy though, that his unwarranted whinge has paid off!
