hey mate i think Bartlett, AMrtin & Wagstaff are signed up next year
Cheers mate, I still have to change a few things. Still not 100% sure who is still signed for other teams too. Will get them sorted over the next few days.

There is rumours this morning that the Townsville Crocs have pulled out of the NBL.

This would be MAJOR news and would mean only 7 teams in the NBL next season, which (IMO) would not be good!

geez this is a joke! Hope a Brissy team can come in!

Me too, but unfortunately it wont be for next season though mate. Looks like it will be a 7 team league next season. I just hope the league can survive that and hope there can be at least 1 (hopefully 2) team(s) included for the following season.

yep the crocs have folded with a rumour doing the rounds cairns might be next , real need brisbane and the falcons back or maybe even an AIS team

Cairns have come out and said that is incorrect and that they In Fact posted a profit last year.

Apparently the NBl rejected Townsville's withdrawal.

I wasn't a fan of the Breakers coming into the NBL and I was happy when the Slingers folded, but the way the league is at the moment, if it helped, I would support a second NZ team coming into the league.

Brisbane coming back would be good too and a second Melbourne team would be good if it can survive.

7 teams is plausible.

I reckon take games back out to 48mins, increase court size to the same as the NBA and allow one franchise player outside the salary cap.

Need some cult figures of the ilk of Robert Rose, Mark Davis etc back in the game.

Great game tonight (not the shooting %). Very happy for Corletto!
Hopefully one of the Aussie teams can pinch it back from the Breakers next season - they can't keep on winning!
