been watchin games on fox HD and it looks awsome
10 has a good mix of teams that u wouldnt see on foxtel, like the raptors, hawks, philly.

Foxtel will be stretching my budget pretty soon and I can imagine alot of people that only have it for NBA might ditch it for these free to air games.
The schedule looks pretty good, especually from a Laker fans perspective. To be honest, there's only 1 game listed that I couldn't care if I missed so out of the 24 scheduled that says alot. Not everyone will see it the same way of course, but there's alot of nice match ups there no matter who you follow.
Any news on whether 10 will have playoffs/finals?

It hasn't been on yet. First game tomorrow morning. NFL has been on alot of last year, and with a new OneHD sports channel starting in April, could be good times for sports fans with a HD tuner.

For those without a HD tuner it's apparently going to be simulcast on the extra SD channel that Ten will be introducing as part of the "Freeview" revolution. I say apparently because the networks are changing their minds almost every day as to the make up of the extra channels.

Too bad for regional areas, on Channel 10 High Def they keep showing landscape Montages for ages since we got channel 10 last year in the NT, I think its a license thing, maybe channel 10 will show what major cities are seeing, I guess for me I still got it on Austar twice a week but that's not much I wish I could see a game at least 5 times a week would be super!!!

Was great to watch it in HD compared to regular ESPN.
With 10 showing a few games every week i'll be scrapping my Sports package on Foxtel as soon as the Footy season ends in October. Save myself $15 a month between Oct-Feb. NBA is the only reason i leave the sports chans on atm.
