Hey all, had to show this one off.
Many Thanks to ShawnBradleyFan for helping out with this one, as always very much appreciated.

Never thought i'd see one of these a few years ago let alone owning this one. What can i say very excited to receive this yesterday.

Nice work mate - a young Grant Hill on the Pistons and Topps Finest Refractor = winning!

Thanks for the comments.
They look pretty cool in the hand, never going to let this one go!

There have been a few threads on the forums over the years on how rare these cards are, think the 94-95 Rack Pack Test Refractors are probably the rarest of this type of 90's card.
Only seen 2 Hills a Glenn Robinson PSA 8 and there's a Jason Kidd PSA 9 on EBay at the moment.

Ive seen a few 'test' refractor maildays lately.

Can someone explain exactly what they are. Were they inserted in packs?

Whats the difference? The border?

The test refractor from these 94-95 Rack Packs were never released in packs. No one really knows I think how they got out but a few have said that employees might of run a few of these as a experiment.
Have only seen 2 of the Hills, 1 Kidd, 1 Robinson, so they are extremely rare, probably numbered less than 5.

@crowbar so there are no other refractor versions made of those?

Ok, now I get it.

I thought there were: base. Refractor. Test refractor.
