Happy New Year All. To start the year off, lm looking for information about this card, it may be in a set of cards, as l have found a couple very similar, info on them is nil, its possibly by Upperdeck, any help appreciated.

As the back said it is a custom designed card.

That is, some individual has designed it themselves using a copy of Jordan's signature.
