As stated, the number is correct. It's only a double digit print run so it would only warrent a double digit number

Technically that should be correct, but also not what they did for that card - the rest had a 0 in front

You'd think so, but as @BlueBoy23 says, all the 2012 FF golds had a zero in front of their numbers.

The Pongracic that I sent back was 013 and came back 13.

I think pre 2016 even if it was a double digit print run they still put the zero in front regardless. There were cases where they didn’t as well. Mostly in Future force as noted above. Pretty strange
