Wilt in his Philly uniform is an awesome sight. That card is tops!

And question: Does Walt Frazier have his jersey on backwards?

yeah that was back in the day when there was some licenscing issue and the cards had them with their jerseys on backwards coz it then didnt have the nba logo and the team name...like notice it just says "new york" not knickerbockers

Great mail Vlad. The topps reprint auto set is pretty small and you would have most already I think?? Funk Walt has that because they weren't licenced for that year and no player has the team name on his uni.

Yeah I have the cooz. A prized posession as its one of three or so GU he has? I've got the legendary one and there is a tripple with Magic and Stockton I think?

That Wilt is bloody awesome! Great pickup Vlad! Not an easy card to get. Great looking set and relatively cheap to complete coz Jordan is in his wizards uni. You should go for that I say. ;-)

Gervin, Unseld and Pippen! Thats some great names in the mailbag.

yeah i think a lot of those old cards had the Kris Kross thing going on

wasnt it to do with some legal wrangle, the nba wouldnt let the card company show the front for some reason???

excellent mailday Vlad, the Clyde auto is the pick of the litter for mine.

They were only sanctioned by the players association but not league approved.

I like the Wilt and Bobby cards a lot.
I often wonder, imagine if they had GU cards back then, they'd be worth absolute mints!!
