Trading,selling and buying rules

Could someone please show me how to find the rules for trading buying and selling.

I can't find it in the sub headings and I have been searching for it for the 40mins and it won't bring it up.

Down the bottom of the page there's a little blue bar. On the right of this bar there's a link to the Terms and Rules. The buying and selling rules/guidelines are there!
