The Coke one just looks like someone’s brought a black folder and printed the Coke page. You can see at the top of the front it’s open, so anyone could print something and slip it in. Not sure about the top one though.

Yes both hard to find. the 1992 regina is real. I have one here, but have never seen another one in my life except for 2-3 online at insane prices... been collecting over 30 years..Looks like it's a legit item based on this item I found during the week.
