Just thought this could be an interesting topic to see who every one idolised when they were growing up.

For me it was Zo, Kemp and MJ.

Zo was the first and only Centre i've ever enjoyed watching play, one of the most dominant Centres back in the days.

Kemp for his air time & nasty dunks

MJ..............what more can i say it was MJ

Patrick Ewing
Anthony Mason
Charles Oakley
John Starks
Xavier McDaniel
and
Michael Jordan, your lying if you didn't love watching this guy play.

im not lying when i say i didnt love watching him play, he was aaaaight, he was no pippen though!!!

i also liked clarence weatherspoon and haywood workman, i thought they were both top players, good to watch, did some decent stuff but never achieved superstardom, i think about going after all workmans cards but couldnt be stuffed!

You guys are so commercial  I liked the slashers and 3 point specialists...Mark Price, Kevin Johnson, Kenny Smith, Dan Majerle, Robert Horry.

and non knick players i enjoyed watching back in the day included robert pack, dana barros, glen rice, steve smith, chris mullin, walt williams, detlef schrempf and mahmoud abdul-rauf.

As a Nuggets fan it was Dikembe Mutombo.

I really like watching Hakeem play too. That Rockets and Knicks finals series was great.

started watching nba and playing basketball back in 2000,2001 VC's allstar dunk is crazy! every time he makes a dunk people goes crazy!

but the real player who caught my attention is Iverson making it to the 2001 nba finals w/ pure heart! Every kid that time is trying to make a killer crossover!
