Is this strictly card related or just in general?
Card related - investor types who say they really want a card, negotiate a cheaper price than originally then sell the card on the same forum for 3 times what they paid for it - on the same forum they bought it!!!!
In general..... Cyclists who think because they're on two wheels all surfaces that aren't a road are exclusively theirs.

I’ve been wanting to say this for years;
people whinging about the toploader not being able to be used again and/or arriving in pristine condition!
it is used to protect the flimsy cardboard item you’re sending across the fucking country through 60 pairs of hands, a metal roller sorting system, boxes, trucks and other crushing things are involved in the process! The deal is not for you to get a free toploader to use again - it’s to protect that card enough to get to you safely so I’ll use whatever fucking sticky tape I like! I might even find the stickiest stuff I can find. Then I’ll heat it up in the microwave and glue that shit on so it lasts for eternity!!!!

That is the thing that has really been pissing me off recently...
How in the hell was Y2k 22 years ago... All these bands doing 20, 30 (and in some cases 40) year album tours... these were the albums of my youth.... working with people who were born after 2000 and look about as old as I feel.

my 9 year old is starting to get into bball and has no idea about how good Iverson and Shaq were. He’s into NBA 2k22 and when I kick his arse with them, then he gets some respect
goes and looks up videos and we get looking at cards - that’s cool, but I’m with you on time brother! 1998 feels like a couple of years ago!
