Highly doubt it. As i said, I've sent registered before and it does not cost that much unless you're sending in one of the following methods - registered insured, in a box, next-day courier or international. I've been trading cards for over 10 years, i know the prices involved.
Yeah if u want them registered if not 2.50 but I take no responaibibity if they go missing

A padded envelope costs $1.10, registered mail costs $3. Unless your sending them via next day courier or fully insured, no way is registered $6.90. I've sent out stuff via registered mail myself - i know the costs.
The lot you want is $4 plus $8 postage a total of $12 are you ok with that?
Let me know I will hold them for you till next monday

$8 postage? Are you serious? it's only 4 cards.
Dee's is in Cohen Street, Belconnen.... opposite the Cop station car park, about 20 up from the Coffee shop/cafe. The only other sports cards shop i know of in Canberra is Rock Wallaby, but that's all the way down in Tuggeranong (far south side of Canberra, Belconnen is north). He has some cards, but not much in regards to supplies. I haven't been there for a few years though, so he might have moved away from cards and put all of his focus on sports-related stuff (model cars, banners, jerseys etc). Rock Wallaby is in the Hyperdome Plaza (not that Hyper if you ask me lol), level 1 and up toward the rear carpark. Can't tell you the shop number. Oh, yeah... Dee's Saturday hours are 10 am to 4 pm.
