Topps Premier Gold 2013-14

Futbol_cards, what has been noticed by members in the social media community is your moving on of threads on Forums which alert errors or shortcomings on Topps cards (only Topps cards) without any contribution to the content yourself. What's been alerted to collectors is that you've put efforts into creating a dedicated website which are anti-other publisher and doing an SEO job using links into your negative activities for google images and word searches, why would you do that? Not the behaviour of a normal collector. Seems a bit on the dark side...
If you genuinely care about the hobby you'd be joining discussions on aspects good and bad on a variety of cards but you're not doing that, it's like you're manipulating forums into some sort of campaign.
You have avoided previous comment on this recently released Topps Pele Game Worn memorabilia card, if this was released by Futera you would have had plenty to say.
topps-pele.jpg

Topps is a specialist company on these matters, is it reasonable to mistake a 2007 replica jersey with pre 1971 Pele Game Worn jersey for around a 1,000 cards? Is this a Topps issued fake?
What are your thoughts on this Topps Pele Game worn memorabilia card? If you're a genuine member interested in card collecting and curious about errors or issues that affect all collectors, then I'd welcome your contribution on this topic not just here but on your other social media outlets

Bit harsh on @Futbol_Cards. He knows more about football trading cards than most, and his opinion on Futera is certainly an educated one. I'm think I'm similar to him regarding this mistake you say Topps has made. If they continue to mislead collectors and blatantly release cards with fake signatures and fake/incorrect jerseys, than it will become an issue.

Topps are one of a handful of leaders in the hobby, who pay for their jerseys and signatures. Futera have released countless fakes. They've never paid anyone for an autograph or a shirt/jersey, and are a shady company.

Never paid for a jersey ? Then the footballers are giving them to Futera for free and Topps pays, whose the stupid one ?
I like facts, can you provide as I have done regarding the fake Pele jersey, thought this was a Topps thread, I would appreciate your comments on the Topps Fake above, perhaps you could Tweet this out to your followers and Topps themselves ?

Well researched piece, politely put regarding Topps Shills. Keep up the research, nice to see facts rather than opinions.

Facts my arse - if your going to sprout shit then at least give everyone the full story. Here is the back of that Pele card. Read carefully.

I thought it was pretty well known that that jersey was from a charity game in 2007.

But dont let your agenda get in the way of a good story.....

The facts are that futeras autos are a complete pisstake and their crediability is nothing.

I remember i think it was ian wright who was asked if he signed any cards for futera over twitter and he straight out said no that they were a fake and that wasnt his signature

I didn't call you stupid. And it's who's, in that context, not whose .

I don't have any facts. Maybe some other guys can shed some light on Futera's dodgy past when they were releasing Australian cards.

I have a screenshot somewhere of when I asked Ian Wright if he'd signed this particular card, and he denied he had.

I also saw on twitter another guy ask Giuseppe Rossi if he'd signed some particular Futera cards, which he denied ever signing as well.

I understand this isn't much proof at all. It's puts a lot of doubt in my mind though, and looking at the state of numerous Futera autos, this doubt is fueled.

Like I said on FCF, I wish that doubt had been planted before I'd spent a lot of money on Futera cards.

And my comment on the above Pele card: it doesn't look very good, does it? Hopefully Topps can address it. And why don't you tweet it to them? Who am I supposed to be?

Stop twisting the story, Ian Wright denied the Futera director signature on the reverse of the card was not his, not the front of the card, you know this.

Not well known, where did this information about this Pele Game worn come from.

Nice try about the charity game from 2007, the shirts were black and white not Brazil shirt. Please contribute in a factual unbiased way. thanks.

Either way no where does that card profess to be a match worn card.

If you don't like the topps product go and troll elsewhere.

The front of the card says "Game Worn Memorabilia Pele"

Back of the cards says "Used Memorabilia of Pele"

Very, very clear that this sold by Topps as a Game worn Pele memorabilia card. A Topps Fake.

Seriously go and troll elsewhere.

How is one trolling when giving facts. Your answer to me gave what seemed to be information that you plucked straight from thin air. I then questioned this and I get abuse. Strange reaction.
Please give me information, facts, about the yellow Brazil jersey that Pele played a game in, in 2007 ?

Lol, what? Would've been a bit stupid of me to ask him if the directors signature was his, as opposed to the weird looking signature that was similar to his. But believe what you want to believe.

All I've been trying to do is say buyer beware: some Futera autos, not all, are suspect. Try and keep an open mind, and stop being so precious.

Sorry - i did not know that you were an expert on what Pele might have worn and where he might have ever played a charity game. My mistake.

If your so convinced go and report it to the FBI and let this thread get back on topic. People want to come in here and have a chat about this product and what they are buying. Not your conspiracy theory bullshit about other products.

Haters gonna hate as they say.

Likewise Luke, I am not saying all Topps autographs and memorabilia are fake as well. Buyer beware on Topps that is all. A great researched article that started all this should not be so upsetting, it's interesting
