he has a great football brain but in his defence he took over the team at the high of their powers so theres only 1 way to go but surely it cant happen this quickly. The player are more to blame, their effort at the ball and kicking skill r terrible.

Thats a real shame. Luke ball is so under rated at collingwood, always goes in for the hard ball and does so much for the club. We will really miss him this season.

Surely someone will get their arse kicked for allowing hin to go back out on a damaged wheel like they did. As a carlton fan I loved the result but was a bit dissapointed it was so uneven

It would have to be looked at you would expect.

How is Ball under rated? Internaly he is rated extremley highly. We let him captain us in the NAB cup!

I rate him really high aswell, But other people do not. When people talk of Collingwood they say Pendles, Swan, Cloke, Thomas, Didak, Jolly, Reid etc! But i would have Ball in our top 3 or 4 At the club. Such a big lose for us this season.

I too like many of you are a one eyed pies supporter.... All I am going to say is what is going on in the ruck.. Jolly has no vertical jump and Wood needs to bulk up... Anyhows early season, they will be better in the back half, no need to write them off just yet lads !

One huge positive out of last nights games was the return of Wellingham from club suspension. 16 decent disposals and was in much of the hard ball.

Lets go black and white army, chins up, plenty of screaming and yelling and lets take a week at a time !!

i am an eagles supporter but was going for the pies as i am living in a household full of collingwood supporters
from the first bounce collingwood was cheated out of the game the umps are favouring carlton and geelong way too much and it was clear pendlebury was always held and one bit in the game in the backline the ball was 5metres in in a pies players hands betts had a whinge to the umps and it was out of bounds i didnt get that obviously no excuses for collingwoods poor kicking and constant handballs hopefully they pick up next week as im going to the game and bring in dids for goals

yeah our ruckmen were completely crap last night, Jolly added nothing in the contest or around the ground. Woods first game and he reminds me alot of Frazer as a youngster so thin and lanky. The stoppages were our strength last couple of years but u got smashed their too.

Dont mind that idea! Would also like to see them show some player that they arent untouchable. I think Harry O have been very average by his standards this year and might need to tidy his game up. I think a big shake up should wake them up a little.

Impressed me in the practice matches. Might not get you 10 possessions in a game but if he wins the stoppages or his share of then it's a win.

Now I'm a massive Collingwood fan, have been my whole life and I'm reading some of the posts people are posting on the Collingwood Facebook page and some of the posts are really disgusting. I finally saw that when we are winning everyone is loving it but when we are losing people are always looking for something to blame, and Bucks is getting a lot of heat right now. Look Bucks is a legend of the Collingwood Football Club, has won so many AFL awards and came so close to the flag. I can't believe how many fans are giving it to him after 3 games of his pro coaching career. As a massive Bucks fan when he was playing(c'mon, every kid was!) I can't believe the disrespect SOME (not all) fans are showing him. He wasn't going to be like Malthouse after 3 games, c'mon now. People need to have faith in his coaching tatics and everyone will work out. And I was dissapointed in what Malthouse said, because of how much he is a legend of the club, but he really shouldn't of said what he said. Like Eddie said, Mick's legacy is secure at the club, but he can't start saying stuff like that in the media. Anyway enough of me, I'm just really dissapointed of what some Pies fans are saying. Collingwood for ever, GO PIES!!!!!!!!!!!
