Was going to comment on the final price myself, this guys auctions always seem to get unbelievably high prices. Shill bidding comes to mind.

A BGS 9.5 (9 Auto) went for $1,250 late last year and was a Pop 2. This should be a little more, but not that much.

I offered $1,500 and got countered with $8,700, so I may never land this card
