Star Wars Evolution opinion

Hey everyone, I have been getting into Star Wars cards lately, mainly Galaxy base sets, and I was looking at the checklists for the Star Wars Evolution and Evolution Update sets.

Were those series any good, I like the look of them and I like the idea that it seems to be virtually just a checklist of most characters in the movies.

are there any other sets which cover so many series?

any opinions would be appreciated.
