Buy back - the company will "buy back" earlier releases of cards, and have them signed and numbered (and sometimes only numbered) and rereleased into new packs.

So they might buy a 2000 jersey card, have the person sign it, number it, and put it back into 2006 packs.

Got 17 J.Rich autos at the moment, it is a 04-05 ultimate collection buy back from the 03-04 spx collection. No didn't pull it bought it from ebay.
