Good luck Bogey man!

Disagree there with you Jimbo & Geelong fan, and agree with Metallica. At the start of last season, Dwighty wasn't involved in the offense. His role was to work hard at the defensive end. Most of his points at the start of the year were from offensive boards or open jumpers/dunks or fast breaks. As the year went on, he became more integral with the offense, and when Franchise & Hill were out, both he & Jameer stepped up and posted great numbers.

I feel Bogut will have a greater effect, as he'll be integrated into the offence quicker than Dwight was, and will post more about 12ppg, but may not get the rebs, approx 8rpg, as Magloire, Smith & Gadzuric, will also split rebounds with him. Remember, Bogut has played against men in Olympic ball for a couple of years now, whereas Dwighty came straight from H/S.

Bucks Game 4:

At the Half:

GSW 53 - MIL 53

Good tight game

Bogut 9pts, 3 Rebs, 3 Asts with 4/4 Shooting!
Ford 9 Asts

J-Rich 10 Rebs (inc 9 in 1st quarter  )

Bucks lose their first game of the season

103-110 vs Golden State =/

Bogut 9pts (4/5), 5 Rebs, 4 Assists

Reckon he will lose his place in the starting lineup to Joe Smith?

Bogut was benched, was Dwight benched? No offense to Bogut, but he's got nothing on Dwight Howard. And playing Olympic ball doesn't neccessarily make you better than if you played HS Ball. HS Ball is very hard also, younger players, faster game, tougher game, more physical and more athletic.

bogut was benched simply because the talent and depth of the milwaukee roster allows the coach to do so..
i believe that bogut will become a great player in the next couple of years..
im not expecting anything soon until they involve him in the offense and he feels confident enough to take some of the more difficult shots

Bogut doesn't need to take up the offense like Dwight. He has managed to arrive in a team with depth in the 4-5 position.

It will be interesting to see his progress over the season. Having just seen their first match vs 76ers (opening day), the Bucks have a pretty solid team.
