I decided to do Dry July this year, and since I'm over halfway through I thought I'd mention it on here and see if anyone was keen to donate! The money goes towards cancer treatment, and since both my grandparents on my Mother's side died of cancer, it's something I think is really important.
Usually it's all about giving up beer, but partially after reading this thread: http://www.ozcardtrader.com.au/comm...search-for-truth-and-a-healthier-life.130566/ I decided to give up soft drinks as well (I was doing at least a litre of them a day) for my health and for more of a challenge, and in the end thought it would be easiest to only drink water all month! So that's what I've been doing.
