When do break spots usually go on sale? Can't seem to catch one
You can see from the first post to this thread that the pre-sale notification started on this site 11 July and that the following couple of replies, only minutes later, indicate that their team spots were already sold out. You have to be quick.
Random teams and some of the lesser collected teams such as Panther Warriors Titans last a bit longer and often following the release more breaks are put up and run.

Tough decision, perhaps everyone throws in $10 to Daniel or similar so he gets something approx to the value of a team set and you then split it by teams or otherwise IMO it's "All in" for a lucky dip.

This is what I was thinking of proposing
It’s a shame there was the extra 2 spots or it would of worked perfect. Well done to all anyway , good to see it come up and hope everyone is happy with the end result .

Set is going to be split.
Daniel had the Rep Spots and did volunteer to be excluded due to the majority wanting a split. However, we did have teams remaining from previous Milestone Set splits so we've donated one of those of Daniel's choice. So everyone in the Break will be receiving one.
