1970's Oversize Canterbury Bulldogs Cards - Any Info?

Just bought this set?, lot of cards and cannot find anything out about them.
Does anyone have any information?

Clearly the person who sold them to you had no idea either. I've never laid eyes on them but looks like a significant piece of card history. Those would not have been pulled out of packs.A prize or promotional set with Rothmans? Awesome. The Stevens colour card is Scanlens 1977.

Rothmans had berries cards in 1975 & 1976, guessing they must be one of those years.

Yes, had people wanting to buy them but could not find price reference so will let the market decide what their worth.

I'd like to know the history of them. Were they in packs? As a full set? Did you get one card at a time or several? Did you have to buy a carton of "Roughman's" paying half a lung to acquire the set?. Anyone know how these were distributed?

I think they are 1976 cards , set of 25.
