Bad luck, Chad. I've got no love for Garnett himself, and weakening the main opposition is a bonus from a competitive standpoint, but it sucks for fans of said team like yourself. Makes your road to ECF and beyond interesting now, probably playing Orlando without your main inside presence. I guess Andy's just going to have to be content with pissing RayRay off in the ECF, since he can't get to KG... Lol! Good luck, at least up to the ECF! :v:

Horrendous blow for the Celtics. No doubt KG will be courtside. No doubt. They'll miss him defensively but not so much offensively. They have been scoring freely without him. KG has less of a post up game now and relies on the jump shot. BBD has that jump shot too although it's not as polished. Powe brings more to the post for the C's than KG did so there'll be no problem offensively as they have been playing without him for a while now....
Defensively they're not gonna cover the holes so much. KG's communication is key to the D. Perk has been excellent without KG and he'll have to stay outa foul trouble. Powe crashes the boards hard. Moore is improving....
I can't see the C's beating the Cavs without KG but they're still a helluva team so they'll have a punchers chance. U get the feeling that it's not their year thou......the whole Lebron not fouling situation, Lebron v Kobe as a finals possibility....hope I'm wrong.....

Gotta agree with ya there mate. Even though the c's have been winning without KG, can't see them toppling the cavs, especially if they have home court advantage. Looks like it'll be kove vs bron!

This really does blow. If the Celtics don't make some noise now, all next season we'll hear 'if only KG was there, would have been different' - the kind of thought Laker fans pondered with the loss of Bynum last season but not many seemed to achnowledge that fact or how much of a difference he could have made.
At the risk of putting aside my hatred for that team in green, I was actually hoping KG would be fit come playoff time, if a finals rematch were to happen how good would it be with both teams healthy? That said each respective team would have a tough fight getting there, I'm not about to get too far ahead of myself.
The Cavs will be some tough customers in a month or so, especially with home court. Anyway, Good luck Boston - you're gonna need it...

KG walks out on the team after half time coz he can't bare to watch the second half from the game and cheer on his teamates. I haven't been so pissed in so long and its bordering on traitorous and completely selfish. What message does this send to the guys out on the court and young kids on the bench?? I can't see how you can even defend such an action in a crucile playoff game.
One missed FT and we have dug ourselves a hole after winning 60 plus games to score home court.
I haven't seen the game yet so I'll save my tirade for after that but for now KG cops my scorn. Get over it KG and man up.

I think KG would have lost a lot of respect today. I honestly can't believe he acted so imaturely. And for them to drop a home game against the bulls, that's a shock to the system!
Rose on the other hand played a phenomenal game! If anyone has any doubts why he should be ROY, they just have to watch this game. He played one hell of a game against one of the premier point gaurds.
Jimbo I think you need to learn how to use the site. The team threads ALWAYS contain at spoilers and even minute to minute updates. IF you don't wan to know the game don't even click on anything in the basketball chat section and if you do don't bother whining to us about it. We will just call anyone that does stupid.
