Hey, what's the deal with these, are they meant to be signed?

Got my #24 Jared Cunningham in the mail today from Panini, and it's not signed, but the back says "The autograph is guaranteed by Panini America Inc."....

If they're not meant to be signed, why did we wait months for them to be redeemed??

If they are meant to be signed, lol, where is it??

I've fired off a Tweet to @PaniniCSM will post the response when it comes in. Just wanted to see what others here experienced, I know there was a shitload of them pulled as redemptions here.

the 2011 draft class were signed patches I believe, the 2012 draft class were just the basic cards. We're still waiting on the 2011's to be signed.
