My weight lose challenge.

Well after putting on .3 on grandfinal week I made it back into a lose this week with a lose of .9 so that takes me down to 119.0kgs. So thats a total lose of 5.8kgs in 5 weeks.
 
Thats great! Has it been hard so far or pretty easy for you adjust??

At that rate in 6 months you will be under 100kgs and exercise will be much easier and the weight will fall off even faster. Great work so far and great to see a small weight gain didn't put you off track.

After a while giving clothes updates tells a better story of how you are going than the number on the floor.

Well the weight lose is coming along nicely, I weighed in again last night and lost 1kg so that 6.8kgs all up in 7 weeks and I am down to 118kgs. The first 3 weeks was the hardest, I am into a routine now so I am finding it pritty easy. I havn't been able to do any exercise since I started weightwatchers as I hert my knee playing basketball 2 months ago and the doctors think I have ruptured my ACL but I will see if I have when I see the knee people on the 30th of this month. I have started walking which has been good but I carn't run properly yet. so up until the last week all of my weight lose has been from just eating the right foods and not eating until I carn't move.

WOW Matt....nearly 7 kgs, and doing no exercise!! THATS AWESOME :woot:

I dont know a lot about it, but i would suggest that any exercise is good, so if you can get into walking a couple of times a week you will feel better and the kg's should continue to fall off!!

personally i am not doing a weight loss challange

for me i quit smoking 5 weeks now without smoking
