I think that the NSW selectors will have called an emergency meeting already.....

Maybe the players should be selecting the selectors instead of the selectors selecting the players.....

o donell will be out for a couple for the tackle, but nothing for the headbutt as the nrl says its fine, and it has already set a precedent for that.

Hey NSW maybe you should try sticking with a team Everyone will be calling for blood after this one, but remember QLD were staring down the barrell of 4 in a row when this unprecedented, history making, not to be seen for a long time, run started, difference being that most queenslanders stood behind them! And also everyone knows qld has always produced the hardest footballers
Gallen is a dirty ba$tard (like Elias Sirronen Geyer before him damn the list goes on!), and ODonnell should have been sent off!
Tough play is all well and good, but spearing a persons head into the ground is not cool! Thats how people end up with broken freaking necks! IDIOT!

I think the major difference honestly is that the Queensland selectors pick a team to play and the NSW selectors pick 17 players.

I mean honestly, having the captain start from the bench and when he comes on, he is out of position (rake) and they take off an 80 minute player who is a specialist in that position. The only way NSW will start to win consistent games at origin is to pick a core few players and stick with them. Core players would be, IMHO, the 6, 7, 9, 1 and a couple of props.

QLD had a team out there last night but NSW had 17 individuals playing in the same strip.

i think its time to change the coach! why was there a million SECOND ROWERS!! WTF WAS THAT ABOUT! o'donnell, TTL and waterhouse all played a role in the front row/prop, off the bench, at some point. they dont even play those positions for club!! and scott and mono?? why wasnt jennings picked?​

if you look at bellamy's win percentage for origin its SH*T!

and how can you say they have to work with what the selectors give them if meninga was only just talking about him not wanting to "select!!" folau, coaches have a say/work with the selectors aswell as pick the final team.​

Bellamy is not a good coach. He coached a club side that wasn't even supposed to be put together. His use of the interchange and selections the past 5 years has been atrocious. Gallen (and White for that matter) is a dirty player and gives away way to many penalties. O'Donnell should have been sent off. Monaghan was useless and all the backs where out of position all night. Gidley was just wasted. Just like Craig Wing was. Beau Scott should not have been picked, you don't mess with Greg Inglis after the week he has had. Did we have a #7? Can anyone tell me who it was? I didn't see him the whole game. Why don't NSW EVER chase the loose ball? It's been the same story for years...

BTW - I'm a Blues supporter. But I wish I wasn't today.
