If it's 600-700k it shouldn't be a permanent banner. Filesizes on sigs should be well under 100k in my opinion, ya have to think of those who don't have fast net.

You need to put the internet address of where the banner is stored inside a URL link and make that your signature block.

No you need to use your own ISP web space to store it or you could use a photobucket site !?!
