There were issues with boxes not having the guranteed hit. The problem after that is the autographs they are using as those replacements are the ones you can get for 20.00 or less.

if you were lucky enough you were sent a milo v (Peter) auto which didnt get inserted into packs. They were selling for 100-200 on bay at the time.
