Help Needed: Anyone Great With Photoshop or Similar.

Hi guys, is anyone here great/excellent/super with Photoshop or something similar.

I have no idea how to use those programs and I really need someone who could take the background out of a picture (render???) for me, so I can use it on my son's birthday cake.

I have a large copy of the image, so I could email it to anyone who can help.

Any help would be very much appreciated.
