i know i have asked before can someone help me bid on an item,it's on us ebay and not on oz, and i haven't not done paypal or credit card transactions before as i don't have both. if someone will help i will send the equilvalent amount to them if i win.thanks

Do you have a bank account?? If you do you Paypal can draw directly from your account to pay for your items.
