lol can't believe its even an issue...does it really matter where the kid is born? As the article suggests, he/she once old enough will have the right to determine their own nationality/occupation anyway. Just because the kid will be born in the US, it won't mean its still not Chinese. It will still have Chinese parents so can still be called chinese...

The kid will be a dual citizen yes? So it doesn't matter if he/she is born in the US or not.

It does because I believe China doesn't allow dual nationality.
