Another EBAY seller to AVOID - lovebballcards

Hey guys,

Bought this Goodwin Champions auto nearly a week ago, paid for it. Very happy for that matter considering the card went about $30-40 below what I thought it would.

Then today get a refund and this excuse.

I then replied to him, please give me the police report number and police station it was filed with so I can follow it up, as I had already paid for the card. Let's see him wiggle out of this one. This is one of the reasons many people are getting out of the hobby. Just because the card didn't get what he wanted he makes up some bullshit excuse and refunds straight away.

I have used ebay many times and more often then not my cards have sold for less than what I wanted but I have bitten the bullet and sent the card. I have done well on some auctions too.

Anyone dealt with this guy before???

what a douchebag I had a Lebron auto that i won that was $40 less than previous sales and paid for it then i got the same sorta message saying that he lost the card? how the f&*k can you loose a Lebron James auto card thats worth $300 i tell i have enough of ebay. I feel your pain Brett mate.

You should tell him that you were thinking of bidding on his play station but before you do can he just double check to make sure his flat mate did not take that as well

I have reported both listings with ebay, so they can work it out who owns it. Who committed fraud. I'm also tried contacting paypal but because he refunded me I cannot report his case.
Anyone know which police I could report it too being in US, Federal or US Police?
Sick of these w@nkers on ebay and in the hobby for that matter.

I don't think anything will be done about it .

From what I can see on BO and a couple of other US sites there are a lot of rings In The US going around shilling each others cards , they are getting very desperate these day's it's appalling .

It has been getting worse and worse over the last 2-3 years starting from all the MJ crap when UD lost it's license and has spread like wildfire throughout the hobby .

Yeah and the nerve of the guy to comment on my facebook Paparazzi Page to say he has relisted it and actually taken his own photos of the card now.

Yep I just wrote that to him about half an hour ago. Ebay are useless as usual I've reported him, the item and the other item for $199 with no help.

You should have told him you work in the Force and know a few contacts in the area where he is who can help follow things through a bit more.

That will really get him going if he is making it all up.

Update guys he listed it again even though he said he found the card and was sending it my way. Sold overnight for $10, $7.50 less than I won it for and this was the response I got when I gave it to him. Is this guy alright??
