A Maurice Cheeks Jersey Kings card?

I'm not a Basketball card collector but I have found a few cards from i believe 2010? Not sure if they are worth anything just want to know if they are or not. A Portland Trail Blazers card of a team photo with a silver shiny thing on bottom right of a card, A Luis Scola sort of cut card at top with a green shiny thing at bottom right and finally a Maurice Cheeks jersey kings jersey cut card with a green shiny thing bottom left of the card .

^Those descriptions are pretty hopeless but You will probably know what cards I am talking about.
