3D Printing available at local libraries!

💡
Make your own card stands!!

Just a heads up if anyone wants to experiment with 3D printing call up your local library and ask the question.

Mine offers the service and it’s incredibly cheap…
- First print was 50c for two small test items.
- The next was $3.60 total to print my custom made 25x parts made to add to my Kmart display case to block out the blinding light (*pics of that project below).

If you’re looking for free software to design parts with then there are a plenty of free ones available. I used Tinkercad which was easy enough to play around with and all based in a web browser meaning no installion required, just make your part and save it to desktop.

Please keep in mind this was my first ever attempt at measuring, designing and printing anything in 3D so it's far from perfect but I'm over the moon with the result!
