Apologies if I've overlooked within this thread...but did anyone have any issues trying to enter their details when winning a prize card

If you win a prize card in a competition on their facebook page how long do they take to contact you? I won last round and I messaged them but still no reply how to choose my prize card? There was 3 prize cards to win and only 2 people tipped the correct number.
