its a replacement with new numbering as can be seen in the pics. Quite different

Wonder what the reasoning is for the change of font? It might have to do with the location of the original stamping?

Yeah got told its probly because they were restamped in australia

Seeing them side by side like this, I must say that I prefer the original stamping. Obviously, things will happen from time to time that require fixing, and I'm glad that ESP CAN fix them. But if I had a choice, I'd choose the original.

Rob, did you get the corresponding paperwork? As that was sent seperately.

I'm not fussed either way as long as I had them all the same.
I've sent away 2 duos for replacement. I'm guessin that I'll have 2 with the new font and 1 with the old.
Might see if someone wants to trade for new font!
