I was there that fricking night Mullins scored that try.... I was dressed in all my Broncos gear sitting in the Mal stand and they hammered us.... Happy days i guess.... PS It was one of the best trys from anyone to play the game....

As u all know i follow the Broncos , but Mullins was most likely one of the most entertaining fullbacks i can remember.... His speed was amazing off the mark and he could cut you up out wide and go around you....

Four tries, and two were 90+ metres. I remember Marc Glanville gamely trotting alongside Mullins for one of them, in a desperate attempt to keep him out wide for the conversion, that sadly failed miserably!
I agree with you guys. Was one of the great fullbacks and very under rated. Would be an absolute superstar if he played these days.
It's why the NRL really needs a proper hall of fame so these guys can be remembered.

I think a hall of fame would be great.... All the greats from every era could be remembered from fullbacks to props etc etc
