Hey guys, does anyone own one with a HDD or one at all? Do you know much about the mod chips, are they available, what do they support or do (on a 360) is there any newer ones on the way, and can you put a bigger HDD in?

1) you don't want to get your xbox 360 modchipped, you want to get it firmware flashed.
2) no you can't put a bigger HDD in (yet).
3) you want an xbox with a manufacturing date before August 17th, the newest Toshiba DVDRom drive can't be flashed yet.

I've decided I won't be playing the older games on the 360, might aswell just use the original 'Box for that.

You flash the dvd drive's firmware so it will play copied games. No modchip required, no way MS can detect it.

yeh i got mine flashed for $50, and xbox live works fine because it cant be detected.
