I've missed the last two pages but I'm with Girds on this - a few pages back I wrote I thought Wiltshire would get a slap on the hand and that Suarez got a week because of his rap sheet. For Wiltshire to get two for exactly the same offence is poor from the FA - which is about par for the course from them.
I'm sure a few of u lot are on your own team boards and follow more closely there. I also wouldn't be surprised if they all hate the FA.
Standard response to any incident in any game on a City board is 'what woulda happened if Balotelli had done it?', implying a red card and ban to follow! I'm sure for 'pool fans and Suarez it's the same. As I said though, one thing I'm sure is constant is the FA are useless, inconsistent (as with Wiltshire's ban) and also like handing out lessons like 1970's Pink Floyd - The Wall-type school teachers....
 
...and the other thing - it's 15 years since this day happened...the lowest City have gotten...hence the sig with the match ticket to remember....and no I wasn't there, although 50,000 City fans will tell u they were!!

 
Jack Wilshire as tweeted that he was abused about his kids by City fans and that's why he flipped the bird. This is complete bollocks. He'd just lost a call for a corner and was coping a bit of stick as a result when he threw his toys. Here are some City fans who were sitting in the area in mention...

"Cry in a minute, he's gonna cry in a minute" - no mention of his kids.
"Wilshere, what's the score? Wilshere, Wilshere, what's the score?" - still no mention of his kids


Kinda funny, not overly pleasant but...

'In section 109 and he gave it us after about 30 seconds of "Wilshere, what's the score? Wilshere, Wilshere what's the score?"

Never heard anything said about his kids'

Dunno why he's come out with this.... poor form...hope someone got video of it and puts it up....

Newcastle belt 9 man stoke what an entertaining game red cards ,manager sent to the stands , missed penalty a cabaye cracker ,ben arfa running amok and hit the post and cross bar and cisse raps thgings up score from the spot .

just had to trade ramsey out the fantasy side, difficult times, hopefully he only misses 2 weeks like initial reports. good to see walcott playing well.

i almost came in here and posted last night when united were going full retard, glad i waited, couldve looked like an idiot. and thank god they came back, they were in the multi, just need Anderson silva to get up in the UFC on sunday and we have ourselves a win..

from what i seen of the liverpool vs city game they were really unlucky to not get more out of that game, coutinho missed an absolute sitter, suarez delivered him one on a platter and he botched it severely

newcastle game looked very entertaning well the bit they showed on fox sports news anyway i didnt watch that game.
 
well this thread's gone a bit quite. I wonder why. premier league action kicks off tonight all 20 teams play.
 
Im at the casino watching there showing 5 games at once! Everyone went nuts when suarez scored then they realised he was offside
 
Ive only been quite as Newcastle have hit a little rough spot fallen 1 nil to west brom with Debuchy been sent for an awfull 2 footed challenge that did'nt connect luckily but was very silly, also colo off injured gone 4-6 weeks ....

Man City up next should be interesting.....

To be fair, the City fans wouldn't be in a rush to own up to saying something about Jack's kids, would they?

But ah well, was a couple of weeks ago now...
 
this is getting a bit ridiculous ahah, im beginning to feel sorry for owen and co. i had $10 on sunderland just for abit of a laugh and then woke up this morning with $51 sitting in sportsbet ahha.
