Time will tell who has the most impact on their teams long term. You've found what looks to be a good one in French that's for sure

On a small side note the rumoured Hayne $1.2m a season isn't all on the salary cap as a brand like him attracts TPAs galore, merchandise sales, memberships, fans etc I reckon its probably $900k and salary cap well spent.
