Granville Bingo Hall

Did anyone ever go to it, was held once a month on the 2nd Friday of that month from memory, closed down years ago, but that was my introduction to card collecting, used to look forward to it...

yeah it used to be at the bingo hall but has moved around the corner abit to a school carnt remember the name but i can find out for u and yeah its still runnning i was there a few weeks back ..

I know that area only too well. Matter of fact my grandmother lives just around the corner from the bingo hall, which back in the day used to be a greater union cinema (that's going back a bit!). The school in Question is either Granville South Public school or the Catholic School opposite GSPS. Both schools have their main entrance on the Trongate.

hey its at the Holy Family School , The trongate(i think thats the street name)near hudson street is pretty easy to find

That school used to be the holy cross catholic.... they've changed the name. Probably since they closed down the convent attached to it.
