Was an ugly display by the Spurs, because of a great display by the Mavs. Up until halfway through the 4th that is. Then Mavs couldn't buy a FG!

Wizards win game one!

The defense stepped up in a big way in the second half and the Wizards took a 1-0 series lead by beating the Bulls in Chicago, 102-93. Nene returned to the starting lineup and was fantastic, leading all scorers with 24 points. Marcin Gortat continued to be a double-double machine, with 15 points and 13 boards. Ariza added 18, Wall had 15 and Beal chipped in 13.

I'm a bit shocked that the Bulls lost that one.. they had ample opportunities to put the Wizards away.. Beal played very well until it mattered most.. the last shot of regulation and o/t.

Then it was all up to Hinrich who bricked his first FT to attempt to tie it up at the end of OT.. *smh* Bulls will struggle to come back from 2 games down.
