Who sends 1st when feedback is under 10 pls ????

I think I read in the help section that if feedback is under 10 the cards haave to be sent before we pay is that correct pls ???? If thats the case I presume we pay as soon as we receive the item, is that also correct pls ????

Bit of a grey area if both members have less than 10 positive feedback.

If you're on less than 10 positive feedback and want to deal with someone with the minimum required (10 positive feedback), you have to send cards and/or payment first.

a) Members with less than 10 feedback on OzCardTrader MUST SEND FIRST unless the person can provide references from other trading websites and/or eBay with trading card history to the satisfaction of the member they are trading with.
