Unused press plates anyone??

My question is has anyone seen press plates from fleer or skybox releases for cards that were redemptions but were never printed?

I may have stumbled upon one but not entirely sure yet as I just haven't seen one of the printed cards on eBay yet. I might be onto something here?

Can someone find me this card anywhere?

Its a John Havlicek skybox premium proven performers card. I have seen the McHale and Parish jersey versions but this is just the card version with the logo where the jersey would be. I can't find the normal versions of McHale and Parish either.

The current player versions are gold not silver like the retired player versions.

I search Havlicek EVERY day and still haven't seen one. There isn't a Havlicek gu either and his autos in the product were all redemptions minus the floor/auto.

hhmm they also price the cards that dont' exist though dont' they Scotty?? Is there a Havlicek proven performers auto on the list? The jerseys are on the list and they don't exist. I know that for sure.

Strange that it has yet to pop up at all even in lots etc. :shock:

I found the McHale one so they are out there it seems. Strange no one has listed one or there are none on beckett marketplace even!

But considering the ratio of cards produced with Hill and Havlicek..

I'm done as far as the vintage master set and now just doing current and oddball releases.

I've passed up 2 or 3 press plates as nearly all were cyan etc and basically had no detail to show. I hate that.

I'll try for all the black ones though. I get whatever shows up but its hard.
