These are all personal opinions.

5. Ron Artest- too much other things on his mind.
4. Clifford "Mr more harm than good" Robinson
3. Scott Pollard with his crap ass hair
2. Vitaly Potapenko.. wth!
1. Antoine Walker... any rookie can take his place easily!

Ron Artest? Come on, guy is the best perimeter defender in the league, you are really clutching at straws there...

based on what? personalities?

Rodman changed his hairstyles more than taking showers. and people love him.. things off the court affect players, but on the court, i think these players are still okay... especially, Ron Artest and Antoine Walker..
but that's just my point...

I mean, every fantasy game player wants Ron Artest for steals, points, 3pt made, and his tough defensive play.. and he still got game..

Antoine Walker got unlucky since he got traded from Celtics, he was all star and quite an overall player.. Mutombo is already in his 40s and now taking Houston Rockets to another level without Yao Ming and T-Mac alternatively this season, i think it's just about timing and chances to be in NBA..

1. Eddie Griffen (the guy is an absolute wanker, gets paid to do nothing and is extremely useless)
2. PJ Brown (the guy has to call it quits, he demands to be traded but maybe its about time he realises hes not starter material)
3. Sebastian Telfair (i say hit up and 1 because after all the hype he hasnt done jack shit so far in the NBA, i mean he even has his own movie out
4. Stephen Jackson (yeh he has his offensive games but having a guy like this on ya team isnt good for the young blokes, he's just another gangsta that should be hitten prison up soon)
5. Nate Robinson (Because he is a Gangsta) :)

Agreed....he is probably looking at Defensive player of the year....or very close to.

Benny,

aha, yes, very close to.. Dwight Howard could win.. if he improves a bit on shot blocking.. since Ben Wallace is not really on fire this season...

Shawn Marion
Ron Artest
Dwight Howard
Emeka Okafor,
J. O'Neal and
Marcus Camby..

any thoughts????

Thanks for the response, guys...

Let's see how the second half of the season turns out to be..

Artest won once, so it's possible, as i don't see none of the player win only once in past decade except Artest, so he could get another one..

but all of these guys are pretty good in defensive end..defensive reb, stl, blocks, opponent points allowed, opponent FG%.. and they are all great players..

I disagree to all of your opinions, except for Antoine Walker.. seriously, this guy still thinks his shit don't stink, he stutter steps his defender (who's waiting at the 3 point line) from half court.. his 9 3's per game don't look anywhere close to rattling in... his time is over.. ok ok some of my points are childish, but this guy really stinks up the miami offense..

LOL. Im misunderstood by most.

Post YOUR top 5. I wasn't saying my top 5 was right. It's based on personal opinion.

Artest is great, no doubt about it. But he is a mental case!

ahaha okay... my bad..

for me, i don't see much of the players... they all look pretty good to me.. if i have to name one, i would say Isiah Thomas.. who's actually not a player.. messing everything up with NYKs... bashed everyone.. accused many, spent many and proved none.

at first didn't read benny's post, and thought that you thought these guys should NOT be in the NBA, i was going berserk!!

i'd give it to.. Marcus Camby methinks.. or Jermaine?
