The Upper Deck card is apparently from a trial set they released prior to their major 2014 set. There's very little info about it.

Yeah I was stunned they got rid of him. While not a superstar, he was a solid contributor, but ultimately a heart and soul guy.
I have a small Tavon collection going, so maybe that'll pick up momentum now, but there's still plenty of old Laurinaitis cards to seek out.
