Tennis - authenticating a signed hat

Hi all

We received this signed Roger Federer hat at a work function a few years ago (which he signed personally and gave to the company to give away) so there was no COA.

We are looking to donate it for a fundraising event so would need some kind of authentication and maybe display, any recommendations for most reputable for a COA and most value-for-money display?

What qualifications does he have to say what is real and whats not?

I have sent him 4 emails over the last month as i wanted to see what he was like and not heard a thing back.

If you got it from work why cant your business do a letter of authenticity?

Another way is put the hat on ebay, list it at a stupid price so no one bids then pay $10 and do PSA/DNA quick opinion.

Having looked at the hat i have no doubt its real
