What do you call a card that is one on it's side, or a normal card up and down??

Be fucked if I can think of something to use.....

I just cant think what ya would call it...

I've chosen Horizontal and Vertical, but need a bit more IQ to work out WHAT it actually is..... like would you call the first one

You probably guessed, it's for my application.

I need separate forms for each variation. To make it look smooth. Just need the word to base it around... AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
