Should I Deal With a Banned Member

There is a member who was banned on here but wants to do a deal with me on another site, I don't think I should do this but I want to here your say.
Also shouldn't he be banned on that website too? I remember other members from this site being banned and then being kicked off other websites too?

Probably not, he is banned and therefore can't post or PM and can only browse the forums.
