Back in February, I made a deal with forum member 'ckeer' to buy some Prizm Basketball cards from him. After waiting over a month to receive the cards, they never arrived, and when I asked ckeer what the deal was, he then revealed they were sent by a slower shipping method to save money, which I was never told to begin with. After waiting another month, they still hadn't arrived, so I messaged him again, to which he agreed to re-send another lot of the cards I was after via airmail. Yet another month passed, and no cards. I confronted him again, and he agreed to refund my money. I waited again, and no refund. When confronted he said he was waiting for the paypal money to clear to refund me. I've now waited over 2 months, and have not received any refund, and he no longer responds to my messages. I've approached him on the Blowout Cards forums too, tried to get a reply from him in his own sales threads, and am just being ignored.
Whats even more frustrating is that he has 100% positive feedback, and cannot understand why he's decided to screw me, and me only over.
This may not be the right forum to post in, but was not sure what to do....

I'm not so upset about not getting the cards, they were just base cards to complete a set (although a few extra Lillard's for my PC), would just like a refund after the frustration I've gone through for 6 months.

I have been trying daily through Blowout Cards, including posting to him through his own sale/trades thread (yes he's still trying to deal with other members), but he continues to ignore my posts. I have e-mailed him in the past with no luck, and have tried again today but don't expect a response.
I appreciate all the help everyone has offered. Definitely won't let this experience with ckeer deter me from dealing with others on the forum.
Thanks for the offer on the Prizm base, I have already had the very generous crackberry send me some of the cards I need, so will begin my set building again!
Well I woke up this morning and ckeer has finally refunded the money! Still haven't received any response from him about the matter, but the main thing is I got my money back.
Glad to hear you got your money back I bought a prizm set off him in November last year and after a loooonnnnggg wait and plenty of messages they finally arrived in late February. By that stage I had completely given up hope they were coming so was very relieved when they did show up. As I got the cards I left positive feedback even though I was pretty unhappy with the service! So don't think it is just you he has taken his sweet ass time with.
Raises the question about leaving feedback though I like to give people the benefit of the doubt that they were doing the right thing even if it doesn't feel that way at the time.
I would appreciate any other thoughts on leaving feedback in this kind of situation!
I bought prizm base cards off of him in january - sent him many emails and they arrived 2 months later.

I had big issues with him at the start of the year again over base cards and I sent a couple of autos and thought I would
show my thanks and added a couple of bonus cards as thanks. took nearly 4 months and I received some scrub player autos
so I left a neutral feedback will never ever deal with him again
